Araxi Longtable Menu in Stanley Park – July 27

We are pleased to announce that Chef James Walt has confirmed the menu for the Vancouver Araxi Longtable event, taking place in picturesque Stanley Park on Saturday, July 27th, beginning at 3pm. The Vancouver event is the first of three in the annual summer series, and will feature a striking longtable with a capacity of 300 people, giving guests an opportunity to experience Araxi right in the heart of the city.

Chef James, who is well known for working closely with local farmers, ranchers and fishers, will craft an exclusive four-course menu showcasing his internationally recognized farm-to-table creations. Wine Director and 2013 Sommelier of the Year Samantha Rahn will carefully pair the menu with select Mission Hill wines. An exclusive Farmers’ Market will be on site at the Vancouver and Whistler events, allowing guests to meet the producers and taste Chef James’ favourite ingredients in their raw form.
