Boulevard Executive Chef Roger Ma and his kitchen team will make culinary wishes come true by preparing gourmet holiday brunch and dinner menus on Monday, December 24 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 to 11 p.m.

Ancora Launches $29 Prix Fixe Christmas Menu

Ancora Waterfront Dining and Patio will capture the spirit of the Christmas season by hosting weekday Prix-Fixe Lunch Services throughout December before welcoming friends and family to its elegant waterfront dining room for a pair of exclusive New Year’s Eve Dinners on Monday, December 31.

Beginning Monday, December 3 at noon and continuing weekdays until December 28, Ancora Executive Chef Ricardo Valverde will showcase his signature brand of Peruvian-meets-Japanese ‘Nikkei’ cuisine with a three-course, holiday lunch prix-fixe menu that features a choice of appetizers (Nikkei quinoa salad or free-run chicken empanadas), mains (prosciutto-wrapped Atlantic cod or winter vegetable risotto) and dessert for $29 per person. Gingerbread Lane At Hyatt Regency Vancouver

Gingerbread Lane At Hyatt Regency Vancouver is in it’s 26th. It returns to the lobby of Hyatt Regency Vancouver from December 4th through December 27th. There are 30 gingerbread creations designed by secondary schools, professionals and amateur culinary artists.

More than a holiday attraction, Gingerbread Lane has raised over $75,000 for charity over the past 25 years, including supporting their current charity partner, Make-A-Wish BC & Yukon. This year promises to be the biggest yet as the hotel celebrates Gingerbread Lane’s 26th anniversary.

Holiday Celebrations at Reflections

Reflections is set to transform from the summer’s idyllic outdoor patio into a festive winter wonderland, just in time for the holiday season. Located in Rosewood Hotel Georgia – Vancouver’s landmark luxury hotel – the all-new makeover of the elegant al fresco bar and lounge will allow guests to enjoy the space for the first time ever during winter months. Opening its doors on November 24th, the winter terrace will be outfitted with cozy holiday décor and will feature a menu inspired by signature holiday dishes.

The perfect spot for a warm winter cocktail and quick bite after a day of holiday shopping, the intimate lounge space will be decked out with twinkling Christmas trees, posies of mistletoe and over-sized candles. Heat lamps throughout will ensure a toasty evening – and for extra chilly nights, guests can cozy up on comfortable couches complete with plush blankets.

Created by Executive Head Chef Harold Lemos, the winter terrace menu will include the lounge’s signature share plates along with new festive additions ranging from Georgia Cheese Fondue to Beef Cheek Crousillants and Turkey-Sage Sausage Rolls to a Pizza Maitake with confit mushroom, caramelized onion, roasted garlic cream, and Okanagan chevre. Along with classic winter sippers like hot toddies, warming mulled wine, and an extensive range of whiskies, the hotel’s award-winning bartenders will also be serving up Christmas-inspired concoctions, such as Little Helper with rum, port and topped with eggnog; and Winter Wonderland with champagne and cognac enhanced by winter spices.
