Fez Cafe Bistro, located on Robson is a family operated Middle Eastern restaurant that prides themselves on delicious, fresh, homemade dishes.
The service was very hospitable, the décor is absolutely gorgeous with Persian rugs on the walls and splashes of bling.
You can taste the freshness and care put into each dish, everything is made from scratch and quite healthy.
Lamb Tangine – Very simple, a few prunes a sprinkle of almonds. The lamb was probably not stewed for that long, it had a bit of chew to it. The sauce was a little too watery.
Citrus Sole – the sole was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, tons of flavours. It was refreshing yet still filling.
Trio Dip – fresh and simple, you can taste that is made from scratch. Not overly salty.
