Be inspired this holiday season with one of Pastry Chef Wayne Kozinko’s special seasonal treats. Add a continental twist to the countdown to Christmas with Chef’s hazelnut linzer cookies with raspberry preserves ($8.50 for a box of 7) and spiced whipped shortbread ($7 for box of 8); beautifully wrapped in boxes tied with silver ribbons for gifting.

Take home a delicious decorative edible tree that looks, and is, good enough to eat; this gorgeously festive red and white candy cane-flavoured creation consists of macarons stacked on decorative white chocolate ($38). Festivities continue with an all-time favourite milk chocolate, hazelnut praline, poached pear Buche de Noel Yule log ($30 to $45) and work has already started on a rich and fruity Christmas cake ($15), which is lovingly created months in advance to give the dried fruit opportunity to soak up the delicious boozy juices of the cake mix.

Stop by to warm up with a seasonal sip of eggnog latte (from $3.80) or opt for the spirited version with rum ($8), classic blueberry tea ($8) or the White Bel ($8) – all made in-house by the Bel Café team and served by their talented baristas. Pick up a box of the festive-themed candy cane macarons ($16 for box of 8) – a perfect hostess gift or Christmas present.
